"School of Cheese" is a creative contest designed for primary school children, combining education and fun. Through four Italian PDO cheeses — Asiago, Gorgonzola, Pecorino Sardo and Taleggio — pupils, guided by their teachers, learn to recognise designations of origin, develop greater food awareness and make more conscious, healthier choices.

The Consorzio di Tutela del Formaggio Piave presented "School of DOP", a creative contest for fourth-year primary school pupils designed to teach them how to recognise designations of origin, enhance their food culture and become more aware of healthy choices. The contest brought Piave PDO into the classroom, with its "defender" as the protagonist: Captain Piave.
